Summary
It was the first project for Seoul Metropolitan to apply Shield TBM with 3,634m length (1,817m * 2lines) and 6.75m in diameter. Especially, this project passed through the underground of Capitol and there was only 2m distance to the existing structure. This project was an opportunity to open a new chapter of large section shield TBM for Dong-ah and Korea as well.
